This form is part of the Internal Information System of ROTOR PRINT, S.L., established to allow the secure and confidential reporting of any action or omission that may constitute a breach of European Union law, a serious or very serious regulatory infringement, a violation of applicable legislation, a breach of the organisation’s internal protocols, or any conduct contrary to the ethical principles and compliance standards established by the company.
Through this channel, reports may be submitted regarding, among other matters, economic, tax, labour, environmental, cybersecurity and data protection offences, infringements relating to intellectual and industrial property rights, discriminatory conduct, workplace or sexual harassment, breaches of occupational health and safety regulations, violations of the Code of Ethics, or non-compliance with the company’s internal Compliance policies.
It is important to distinguish between two fundamental concepts regarding the handling of information received: confidentiality and anonymity. Confidentiality means that the information provided will only be accessible to those individuals authorised to manage and investigate the report. Anonymity, on the other hand, means that the identity of the reporting person will not be known to third parties or to those responsible for the investigation when the report is submitted anonymously.
Reports may be submitted either anonymously or with the reporting person's identity disclosed. However, providing sufficient and detailed information will facilitate a more effective assessment and investigation of the reported facts. All actions carried out within the framework of the Internal Information System will respect the principles of confidentiality, independence, impartiality, personal data protection, presumption of innocence, and protection against retaliation for reporting persons.
Once the form has been completed correctly, you will receive a reference code that will allow you to track the status of your report and provide additional information through the designated
follow-up link. The report will be received and managed in accordance with the organisation’s internal procedures and the provisions of Law 2/2023, ensuring at all times the protection of the reporting person and the rights of any individuals affected by the report.
