El Sistema Interno de Información establecido por SERVICE POINT, a través del presente "Canal Interno", le permite reportar una infracción de acuerdo con el ámbito material y personal establecido en la Ley 2/2023 de Protección al Informante. Si lo desea, puede realizar su denuncia o comunicación de manera anónima.
 
Una vez cumplimente el formulario, y pulse "enviar", se abrirá una ventana emergente informativa con un código/localizador para poder saber ha seguimiento sobre estado de gestión de su denuncia o comunicación. Por favor, guarde ese "localizador" para poder consultar en todo momento el estado y resolución de la denuncia o comunicación a través de este link [Acceso Seguimiento Denuncia]

En la presente Política de “Protección al Informante” encontrará dos epígrafes informativos, para dar alcance a su derecho de información, donde se presentan dos conceptos diferentes y complementarios como son el “Sistema Interno de información” y el “Canal Interno”, que es la herramienta sobre la que se gestiona dicho Sistema (formulario de denuncia:

You can upload files that do not exceed 50 MB or record a clarifying voice note, in relation to the statement. In the event that the volume of information you want to provide exceeds this size, the manager of your complaint will offer you an alternative procedure, under the principle of confidentiality. Remember that during the research process you can contribute everything you consider appropriate for the accreditation of the reported facts.
