Este formulario se integra en el "sistema interno de información" que le permitirá reportar una infracción de acuerdo con la Ley de Protección al Informante 2/2023. Si lo desea, puede realizar su comunicación de manera anónima. Una vez cumplimente correctamente el formulario, recibirá un "código/localizador" para poder hacer un seguimiento del estado de su comunicación, a este respecto deberá acceder a través del siguiente enlace [Acceso Seguimiento] , donde encontrara un formulario para introducir su "código/localizador".

Este canal le permite comunicar cualquier infracción o vulneración del "ámbito material" determinado en el artículo 2 de la Ley 2/2023. Para más información del canal interno y la citada Ley, le presentamos el presente índice:
